Today we learn of another case of gross over-spending by the Ministry of Defence with the disclosure on the recently launched MyProcurement web portal that a private limited company was awarded a 3-year contract worth RM6.47 billion to supply fresh rations to army camps in Perlis, Kedah and Pulau Pinang.
